Overview:
Explore the ancient world with The Idaho Outdoor School!
Class Highlights:
Hands on projects and explorations into the ancient world of Mesopotamia
Explore new innovations in farming and technology through the lens of Mesopotamia
Many group projects and opportunities to collaborate
Develop problem-solving and critical thinking
Connect abstract concepts to real-life applications
Details:
Designed as a drop-off program for homeschooled students ages 6–12
All supplies and materials included
Completely outdoors – students should dress for the weather and be ready to learn
Balanced structure with time for both focused learning and peer connection
Weekly email recaps detail what was covered in class
Additional Info:
No outside work is required, but content can be extended at home and used for charter school documentation
Sibling and multi-class discounts of 10% available
For all classes, we will keep all communication to the BAND app. Families will have access to photos and a quicker way to communicate.
