Overview:
In this Physics class, students will dive into the study of mechanics and machines.
Class Details:
Group projects and hands on learning abound!
Dive into the history of simple machines and learn to break items down by their parts
Dive into problem solving and experimentation
Details:
Designed as a drop-off program for homeschooled students ages 6–12
All supplies and materials included
Entirely outdoors – children must come dressed for the weather and ready to explore
Balance of structured learning and free time to build friendships
Weekly email recaps to keep families informed about class activities
Additional Info:
No outside work required, but optional activities may enrich at-home learning and simplify charter school submissions
Sibling and multi-class discounts of 10% available
For all classes, we will keep all communication to the BAND app, families will have access to photos and a quicker way to communicate.
